Spa Etiquette
*A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
*Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. (All timing includes dressing time.)
*Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late for your scheduled appointment time, services will be provided in the time remaining but you will be charged the full service fee.
 *For the comfort and consideration of other clients please turn off all cell phones and pagers. 
*Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home. Regretfully the spa cannot be held responsible for personal effects. 

Cancellation / No Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hours advanced notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service scheduled. No shows will result in a charge of the full amount of the service scheduled.
